It’s the mid-60s; Bossa Nova is at its height. All the big stars release albums featuring its sun-drenched rhythms; none bigger than Doris Day and Frank Sinatra. The first half of this special concert features recreations of Sinatra’s recordings with Bossa godfather Antonio Carlos Jobim with Denny Ilett performing Frank’s role. The second half features Day’s 1965 album Latin For Lovers led by Clare Teal in front of a 30-piece orchestra.
