"Eclectic, crazy, moody, intense, personal, funny, faltering and finally formidable… the music cooperative Bloom was all this in yet another mini triumph for The Wardrobe Theatre, who seem hardwired to find and reveal risk-taking artists in this wonderfully creative city." Stagetalk Magazine
Bloom is a collective of musicians and friends from an experimental corner of Bristol’s buzzing music scene. Their combined musical projects are varied in genre yet consistently progressive, playful and enchanting. Bloom Presents… brings you otherworldly evenings of their hypnotic sounds in an intimate hand-crafted setting.

Tezeta are an 8 piece instrumental group combining elements of experimental jazz, cinematic soundscapes and collective improvisation. The musicians are part of Bristol based collective ‘Bloom’ and between them play with bands Yama Warashi, Count Bobo, The Evil Usses, Spindle Ensemble, Cloudshoes, Run Logan Run, Rae, The Brackish, Dubi Dolczek and many more.
They initially formed in 2014 to play music from ‘The Ethiopiques Volumes’, in particular the work of Mulatu Astatke, hence the name Tezeta (Ethiopian for nostalgia). Since then they have evolved under band leader Daniel Inzani and created their own material which references the 70's Ethio Jazz sound combined with elements of fusion, polyrhythms, prog and cinematic textures.
Their debut album ‘Seventh Place‘ was released in Sept 2016 and launched at a celebrated ‘Bloom Presents’ night at The Wardrobe Theatre, Bristol.
